God has always made it easy. There is nothing easier than knowing God or reaching him. If you only knew the pain you have to go through with marriage, children, college and work -- it is like being a slave. You are even a slave to the car, house, family and even your own body. You have to nurture your mind and intellect. You have feed your body and all those things. Think of the price you are paying. God is the easiest thing to get. It is easy to love. Everybody has love. Everybody can have compassion. Whatever God has given you is sufficient to know him.

You don't always have enough money to buy merchandise or an expensive car. Your excuse is that you are poor and you can't buy it. Well, you can't say that you are poor in love, compassion or understanding if you really make an effort to understand it. But we are ignorant. Shankracharyaji has said that it is no wonder that ignorance rather than evil is the cause of our suffering.
